In this section you will learn about AWS Accounts and the concepts related to securing your AWS Account.  You will also learn the fundamentals of the AWS Identity and Access Management system.  AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) enables you to manage access to AWS services and resources securely. Using IAM, you can create and manage AWS users and groups, and use permissions to allow and deny their access to AWS resources.

IAM is a feature of your AWS account offered at no additional charge. IAM is a key component of the new SAA-C02 Certification Exam and you need to deep dive into some key components of the IAM service which we cover in this section of the course.  Finally, you will learn about multi-account strategy and the Amazon Organization Service that enables you to manage multiple AWS Accounts from a cost perspective as well as security using Service Control Policies (SCPs).
